- For PA-I: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical, Communication, Electronics Engineering, MCA, or Master's in Geography/GIS/Remote Sensing/Geo-Informatics/Earth Sciences with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in UG and PG degrees.
- For PA-II: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical, Communication, Electronics Engineering, or related fields with 2 years of R&D experience in Industrial/Academic Institutions, and at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in UG and PG degrees.
