Estate Engineer (on Temporary Basis)

- Temporary position for Estate Engineer at National Institute of Technology Goa, Cuncolim, South Goa District.
- Primary responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, contract administration, quality control, and maintenance of campus infrastructure.
- Duties encompass project oversight, cost control, safety compliance, documentation, and coordination with government authorities.
- Role involves field inspections, routine maintenance of buildings, horticulture works, and preparation of tenders for facility management.
- Selected candidate must be ready to join immediately upon selection.

- First-class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent grade in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in PWD/CPWD/semi-Govt./Private/PSU/Autonomous organization/University/Institutes of national importance.
- Experience must include handling large construction/operation and maintenance activities of civil and electrical works independently.
- Proven record of completing larger construction projects is mandatory.
- Age limit: Not more than 50 years as of the application date.

- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the Institute's requirements and norms.
- Interview will be conducted offline at NIT Goa, Cuncolim.
- Timings for the interview will be shared via email after scrutiny of applications.
- Final selection is subject to satisfactory performance in the interview.
- The Institute reserves the right to fill or not fill the advertised post.
