Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Associate – I for Miniaturized DC-DC Buck Converters and Nano-Power MOSFET Projects

- Design of Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) for miniaturized DC-DC buck converters and nano-power MOSFETs.
- Perform analog circuit simulation using CADENCE tools.
- Conduct layout design, parasitic extraction, and full-chip IP integration.
- Execute chip tape-out and PCB design for chip testing.
- Perform power management circuit characterization, data analysis, and report generation.
- Write technical articles and reports based on research findings.
- Opportunity to register for M.S. (By Research) or Ph.D. at NIT Trichy for JRF candidates, subject to Institute norms.

- For JRF: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech with First Class in ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a UGC-recognized University/College with a valid GATE score.
- For Project Associate – I: B.E./B.Tech with First Class in ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a UGC-recognized University/College.
- Only candidates awarded Degree/Provisional Certificate are eligible to apply.
- GATE paper and subject of qualifying degree must be related to the applied discipline for JRF.

- Eligible candidates will be called for an interview based on valid GATE score (for JRF), percentage of marks in the qualifying degree, relevant experience, and other criteria set by the selection committee.
- Candidates serving in Government or Government-owned organizations must produce an NOC from their employer at the time of the interview.
