Secretary to Registrar (Non-Teaching Post)

- NIPER-Guwahati is an Institute of National Importance under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India.
- The post is for a Secretary to the Registrar in the Administration discipline under Pay Level 8 (7th CPC).
- Basic pay for the post is Rs. 47,600/- as per Level-8 and Cell-1 of Pay Matrix.

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University.
- Proficiency in typing in English with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (wpm).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or equivalent in Central/State Govt./Organizations/PSUs/University/Research Institution or Central/State autonomous recognized institutes of repute.
- Knowledge of Computer Applications is desirable.

- Selection will be based on the recommendations of a duly constituted Screening Committee and Selection Committee.
- The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for the selection process based on relevant criteria.

- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer (if employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous Institutions).

- Application fee: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for General/OBC/EWS candidates.
- No application fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
