Various Vacancies for Group A Posts via Deputation

- NHAI invites applications for 5 Group A posts via deputation: 4 for Manager (Legal) and 1 for Senior Librarian & Information Officer.
- Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India as per service liability.
- Posts are filled on a deputation basis with a maximum deputation period of 7 years (extendable with approvals).
- Maximum age limit for deputation: 56 years as of the last date for receipt of applications.

- **Manager (Legal) (04 posts)**:
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university/institute.
- Essential Experience: 3 years post-qualification experience in law related to contractual matters, arbitration, legislative matters, or land acquisition.
- Desirable: Degree in Civil Engineering in addition to Law.
- Deputation Eligibility:
- Holding analogous post in Level 11 (Pay Matrix Rs. 67,700–208,700) OR
- 5 years regular service in Level 10 (Rs. 56,100–177,500) OR
- 8 years regular service in Level 8 (Rs. 47,600–151,100).
- **Senior Librarian & Information Officer (01 post)**:
- Essential: Master’s degree in Library Science from a recognized university/institute.
- Essential Experience: 5 years in a library under Central/State Government, Autonomous/Statutory Organization, PSU, University, or Research/Educational Institution.
- Deputation Eligibility:
- Holding analogous post in Level 11 (Pay Matrix Rs. 67,700–208,700) OR
- 8 years regular service in Level 7 (Rs. 44,900–142,400) or higher.
- Candidates must have more than 2 years of remaining service in their parent department as of the closing date for applications.

- Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and verification of documents by the Selection Committee.
- NHAI reserves the right to call screened candidates for written tests/interviews if necessary.
- Final selection is subject to approval by the competent authority in NHAI.

- Duly filled online application form (PDF printout) forwarded by the parent department.
- Verification Certificate from the cadre-controlling authority verifying educational qualifications, experience, and service details.
- Attested copies of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/APARs for the last 5 years.
- Vigilance clearance certificate (no penalty imposed in the last 10 years).
- Integrity certificate and no penalty certificate from the parent department.
- Certified copies of appointment/promotion orders and pay particulars.
