- MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology/Computer Science/IT/Applied Sciences with a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma/degree in Hospital Management/Health Administration/Public Health (specialization in Health Information Technology) from a recognized institute.
- Minimum two years of post-qualification experience after completing the postgraduate degree.
- At least one year of experience in NQAS implementation in public health facilities at district/state/national level.
- Full-time regular bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) and full-time regular postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years) are mandatory; part-time, distance, or online degrees are not eligible.
- Strong command over IT tools including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data management software.
