Project Associate and Project Assistant (Child Health & RBSK) Positions

- Assist in monitoring the Child Health programme at the National level for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
- Support preparation of state progress reports, fact-sheets, and monitoring documents for programme evaluation.
- Assist in organizing desk reviews, workshops, meetings, and documenting minutes of meetings with follow-up on action points.
- Follow up with State officials for regular progress reports on programme activities.
- Develop user-friendly tools for collation, compilation, and analysis of programme data.
- Undertake field visits to states for monitoring, evaluation, and supportive supervision of programme activities.
- Consolidate, record, report, and analyze data at the National level for the Child Health programme.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides, brief notes, reports, and official correspondence.
- Support the Ministry in using data for actionable insights and incorporation into Government of India reports.
- Maintain file movement registers, stock registers, logistics, and equipment support for smooth administrative functioning.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and field visits for programme implementation.
- Manage office assets, stationery, vehicle maintenance, driver arrangements, and travel claims.
- Perform all assigned tasks in a time-bound and quality-driven manner.

- Graduate in any discipline with proficiency in data management.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience at the National level in consolidating, analyzing, and monitoring the Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) programme.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Hindi is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in National Health Mission (NHM) or RCH at National or State level.
- Knowledge of working in Government of India systems is an added advantage.
- Experience in health sector administration or programme management will be preferred.

- Selection may include a written test with a minimum qualifying mark of 70%.
- If the number of qualifying candidates exceeds the ratio, a 1:5 ratio (top 5 candidates per vacancy) will be adopted.
- Candidates with the same marks will all be considered for further stages.
