Consultant - Business Analyst (Short Term) Vacancies

- NHSRC, a technical support institution under the National Health Mission (NHM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, seeks two short-term Business Analyst Consultants for the IT Division.
- The role involves requirement management, scope management, and change control with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses, documentation, and reports for production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuous basis, maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop meaningful relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions from managers and executives with research-backed recommendations.
- Perform business process analysis including ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ maps, requirement traceability, and acceptance testing.

- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s (B.E./B.Tech./MCA) or Master’s (M.E./M.Tech/MBA) degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, with mandatory prior experience as a Business Analyst.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must possess good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Desirable: Experience in Government IT Projects or Government Health IT Projects. CBAP certification is desirable.
