- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing public health programs, with a focus on emergency/disaster management.
- Hub Engineer: B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/Computer Application/Electronics & Communication/Information Technology (regular course from a recognized college/university).
- Mandatory certifications related to networking.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, including proficiency in managing and troubleshooting ICT networks and systems.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies and security protocols.
