• Preferred: Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred: Certifications in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Standards, and Learning & Development.
• Preferred: Prior experience working with the Government.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
