- Digital Infrastructure & Cyber Security: 10+ years in IT/digital infrastructure and cyber security (5+ years in cyber security, including SOC, VAPT, incident response, or cloud security).
- Emerging Technologies: 8+ years in technology development, data science, and IT project implementation (4+ years in designing/deploying AI/ML solutions).
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: 8+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, BI development, and enterprise data analytics (4+ years in large-scale Big Data projects).
- Specialized Experience (varies by role):
- Digital Transformation & Strategy: Proven track record in drafting public policy frameworks, digital standards, or data privacy compliance workflows; Business Development in government/public enterprise sectors.
- Digital Infrastructure & Cyber Security: Hands-on experience in security architecture, SOC operations, VAPT, incident response, or cloud security; experience in designing cyber security training programs.
- Emerging Technologies: Experience in AI/ML lifecycle (conceptualization to deployment), integration with Blockchain/IoT/GIS, and Business Development in public/enterprise domains.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Proficiency in Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark), ETL tools (Fivetran, Informatica), BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL/Python/R for data analysis.
