- For Associate Professor: Ph.D. or post-doctoral research with 8+ publications in peer-reviewed journals, 3-5 years of teaching and research experience, and international teaching experience preferred.
- For Assistant Professor: Ph.D. or post-doctoral research with 3-5 publications in peer-reviewed journals, and good academic record with 60% marks or equivalent at the Master’s level.
- Candidates must have a consistently good academic record with 60% marks or equivalent grade at the Master’s level.
- Degrees must be from recognized universities; equivalence for foreign degrees will be determined by the University.
- Period spent acquiring M.Phil. or Ph.D. is not counted as teaching/research experience unless actively teaching without leave.
