- Must possess an MBBS Degree from a recognized university or equivalent as per MCI/NMC.
- Completion of one year rotatory internship by the date of interview.
- Must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council.
- Candidates must not have completed one year of Junior Residency from any Government Hospital on a regular/contract basis.
- Internship must have been completed less than 2 years ago (List A candidates).
- Candidates who completed internship more than 2 years ago (List B) will be considered only if List A candidates are insufficient.
- Age limits as of the interview date (03-11-2026):
• UR & EWS: Not exceeding 40 years
• OBC: Not exceeding 43 years
• SC, ST: Not exceeding 45 years
• 10 years age relaxation applicable for PWD candidates.
