- Age limit: 18 to 30 years as on 01-08-2026 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates).
- Physical measurement standards: Height, chest expansion, and BMI must meet prescribed criteria.
- Must qualify Physical Efficiency Test (PET) with minimum standards in each event.
- Computer proficiency as per Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
- Mizo language proficiency required (exempted if studied Mizo in HSLC or above within Mizoram or as MIL outside Mizoram).
