- Recruitment for 16 different non-executive posts including Accountant, Technician (Survey/Sampling/Laboratory), Assistant (Materials/Accounts/HR/IT), Stenographer (English), Assistant (Hindi), Electrician, Machinist, Mechanic (Drilling), Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling), Junior Driver, and others.
- Selected candidates may be posted at MECL projects/offices anywhere in India or overseas.

- For Accountant: Graduate with Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA and 3 years post-qualification experience in accounts work. Desirable: Basic Computer Proficiency and SAP-FICO.
- For Technician (Survey): ITI in Survey or Diploma in Survey with 1 year post-qualification experience in survey work.
- For Technician (Sampling): B.Sc. with 1 year post-qualification experience in drill core/mine sampling.
- For Technician (Laboratory): B.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Geology with 1 year post-qualification experience in chemical/petrological/mineralogical laboratories.
- For Assistant (Materials): Graduate with Mathematics or B.Com. Desirable: Basic Computer Proficiency and SAP-MM.
- For Assistant (Accounts): B.Com. Desirable: Basic Computer Proficiency and SAP-FICO.
- For Stenographer (English): Graduate in any stream with Certificate in Shorthand (80 wpm in English) and Basic Computer Proficiency.
- For Assistant (Hindi): Graduate with Hindi and English as subjects or Degree in English with equivalent Hindi examination. Desirable: Basic Computer Proficiency with Hindi.
- For Electrician: ITI (Electrical) or Diploma (Electrical) with valid Wireman certificate and 1 year post-qualification experience in electrical wiring/repairs.
- For Machinist: ITI certificate in Turner/Machinist/Grinder/Miller trade or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production/Tool & Die Engineering with 1 year post-qualification industrial experience.
- For Technician (Drilling): ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery/Diesel/Motor/Fitter) or Diploma in Drilling/Mechanical Engineering with valid HMV License and 1 year post-qualification experience in drilling operations/maintenance.
- For Mechanic: ITI Certificate in Diesel/Motor/Fitter trade or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering with valid HMV License and 1 year post-qualification experience.
- For Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling): ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery/Diesel/Motor/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Drilling Engineering with 1 year post-qualification experience.
- For Junior Driver: 10th Class Pass with valid LMV and HMV licenses and 1 year consolidated driving experience.
- For Assistant (IT): BCA/BCS/BCCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications)/Bachelor of Information System & Management or Graduate with 1 year diploma/PG Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Computer Applications.
- For Assistant (HR): BA/B.Com/B.Sc./BBA/BBM/BSW with Basic Computer Proficiency and SAP-HCM (desirable).
- Maximum age limit: 30 years for UR/EWS candidates. Age relaxations applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwD (up to 10/13/15 years based on category), and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India guidelines.

- Screening of applications based on eligibility criteria.
- Written competitive examination conducted by an independent external agency at Nagpur.
- Document Verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Skill/Trade Test (qualifying in nature) for candidates clearing document verification.
- Final merit list prepared based on written test marks.
- Cut-off marks: 50% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS, 45% for SC/ST, and relaxed standards for PwD as per Government guidelines.
