- Research Assistant: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Education, or Adult Education with at least 55% marks. NET qualification or M.Phil./Ph.D. preferred. Required skills include excellent English writing, proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, SPSS, and knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies.
- Field Investigator: Postgraduate or Graduate degree in any Social Science discipline with at least 55% marks. Preference for candidates with a four-year undergraduate program and prior field survey experience.
