Assistant Grade-III (District & Sessions Courts) Recruitment 2026

- Direct recruitment to 1,174 Assistant Grade-III posts in the District and Sessions Courts of Madhya Pradesh.
- Applications accepted only via online mode at www.mphc.gov.in; no offline/physical applications permitted.
- Pay scale: ₹19,500–₹62,000 under the 7th Pay Commission (Pay Matrix Level 4).
- Selected candidates must execute a service bond of ₹2,00,000 with a minimum 3-year service commitment.
- District/post allotment done via counselling based on category-wise merit and vacancy availability.

- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must possess a CPCT Score Card (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) from MAP-IT or a recognized agency.
- One-year diploma in Computer Application from an institution recognized by the MP Government (e.g., UGC-recognized university, DOEACC/NIELIT, Government Polytechnic College, or Government ITI COPA certificate).
- B.Sc./B.Com degrees with a single computer subject are not valid unless confirmed via marksheet as equivalent to B.Sc.(IT/CS).
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 01 January 2026.
- Maximum age: 40–45 years depending on category, gender, and residency (e.g., 45 years for MP state male/female OBC/SC/ST candidates).
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.

- Stage 1: Online Preliminary Examination (100 marks, 120 minutes) with subjects: General Knowledge + General Studies (MP), Mathematics + Logical Reasoning, General Hindi, English Knowledge, and Computer Knowledge (MCQ format).
- Preliminary exam marks used only for screening; not carried forward to final result.
- Stage 2: Hindi Typing Skill Test (50 marks, 10 minutes) on computer with Remington Gail keyboard layout; deductions for errors and backspace usage.
- Minimum qualifying marks for skill test: 55% (General/OBC), 49.5% (EWS), 45% (SC), 40% (ST/PwD).
- Candidates shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio per category for the skill test.
- Final selection based on merit in the skill test.
