Manager (Procurement & Marketing)

- Manages procurement and marketing operations for cashew products under the Kerala Cashew Board.
- Ensures efficient sourcing, quality control, and market expansion for cashew commodities.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Coordinates with government departments, PSUs, and private stakeholders for procurement activities.
- Leverages e-tendering platforms for streamlined procurement processes.
- Utilizes IT tools, social media, and AI applications for data-driven decision-making and outreach.

- Must be a citizen of India.
- Educational qualification: MBA (Marketing) or MBA (Agri Business Management) from a recognized university.
- Alternatively, any equivalent postgraduate degree in a relevant field with a graduate degree from a reputed university.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in procurement.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in government departments, PSUs, or procurement of agricultural commodities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media management, and AI tools is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam are required.
- Hands-on experience in e-tendering will be preferred.
