Various Technical and Non-Technical Positions under e-HRMS 2.0, Karmayogi Bharat

- Karmayogi Bharat is a 100% Government-owned not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, established by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) as part of the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – Mission Karmayogi.
- The organization is implementing e-HRMS 2.0, a next-generation integrated Human Resource Management platform designed to manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to retirement for approximately 2 crore government officials across Centre, States, and local bodies.
- The platform incorporates emerging technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI), AI-powered Chatbots, advanced analytics, dashboards, and integrations to automate HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Positions are offered on a contractual basis with an initial engagement period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and project continuation.

- AI/ML-Chatbot & AI Dashboard Developer: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or related field; 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML-Chatbot & AI Dashboard development with proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, and UI/UX design.
- Mobile App Developer: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or related field; 4-6 years of experience in mobile app development with proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, or React Native.
- Project Manager: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration/B.Tech/B.E/Business Administration/Information Technology or related field; 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Central Government IT initiatives or eGovernance.
- Senior Technical Support Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field; 4-6 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in supporting software applications or HR systems.
- Senior Business Analyst: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Human Resources/Education/Public Administration/Law or related field; 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically in eHRMS 2.0 implementation or HR technology systems.
- Onboarding and Capacity Building Trainer: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Human Resources/Education/Public Administration/Law or related field; 3+ years of experience in capacity building (Training & Development) with at least 1 year in implementation of large IT/eGovernance projects.
- Technical Support Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field; 2-4 years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in supporting software applications or HR systems.
