📄 Details & Description

- Oversee construction activities for existing and upcoming projects in the main campus and allied facilities.
- Supervise routine maintenance, repair, and renovation work of buildings at the Centre.
- Liaise with State/Central Government officials and local civil authorities for civil/maintenance works and legal land issues.
- Conduct sub-tender, tender, and Building and Works Committee meetings.
- Prepare tender documents and agreements for new projects/construction activities.
- Manage budget for the Estate Office and supervise Estate Office staff.
- Work full-time with no permission to take up other assignments during the contract period.

- Experience: Minimum 15 years in handling major construction activities/civil works at pay level 08 (7th CPC matrix) or equivalent/above.
