JKSSB Junior Engineer (Civil) Recruitment 2026

- Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced 458 vacancies for Junior Engineer (Civil) under Advt No. 11 of 2026.
- The recruitment drive is open exclusively for candidates domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- The selected candidates will be posted in Jammu and Kashmir.
- The online application process is available on the official website jkssb.nic.in from 30 November 2026 to 29 December 2026.

- Qualification: Candidates must possess either a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university.
- Age Limit: Maximum age is 40 years as of 1 January 2026.
- Age Relaxation: SC, ST-1, ST-2, RBA, ALC/IB, EWS, OBC, and Physically Challenged Persons get a relaxation of 3 years (maximum age 43 years). Physically Challenged Persons get a relaxation of 2 years (maximum age 42 years).
- Domicile Requirement: Applicants must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

- Selection will be based solely on a written/OMR examination conducted in English.
- Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be used for assessment.
- Document verification will be conducted after the written test.
