- For JRF/Project Associate-I: B.Tech/B.E./MSc or M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent field with 60% marks (or 6 grade points out of 10).
- Applicants must have a valid GATE score or pass other National Eligibility Tests or National Level examinations conducted by Central Government Institutions.
- Applicants without GATE may be considered with lower emoluments as per Institute rules.
- For Research Associate-III: PhD with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal (PhD thesis submitted candidates can also apply).
