- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or allied branches.
- Minimum two research publications in Scopus-indexed journals with a high impact factor in Materials Engineering/Biomaterials and Polymer Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Delivery.
- Only articles where the applicant is the first author will be considered for screening.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in material characterization tools including SEM, TEM, XRD, TGA, DSC, and HPLC.
- Expected to have industrial experience with a strong background in biocomposite materials, synthesis & characterization of nanomaterials, pharmaceutical science/drug delivery, and relevant experience in the biomedical field.
- Experience in in-vitro and in-vivo testing, oncological research, and industry-academia collaboration is desirable.
- Candidate should be passionate about cutting-edge research leading to patents, high-impact publications, and innovative products.
