- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): M.Tech/MSc/ME/B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Soils and Foundation Engineering with over 2 years of relevant experience; OR B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Project Assistant (PA): B.Sc. or equivalent / 3-Year Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
- Minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks in qualifying degree for both posts.
- SRF: Upper age limit of 35 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD candidates as per Government of India rules).
