- Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience as College Librarian/Assistant Librarian in reputed libraries OR at least 13 years as Deputy Librarian (Pay Matrix Level 12) in a reputed institution/university.
- Evidence of innovative library services and published work required.
- Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D. in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript Keeping, or experience in library computerization.
