- Assistant Registrar (Post Code 6401): Master’s degree with 55% marks or equivalent, 5 years’ supervisory experience at Level 6+, with 3 years in a Centrally Funded Technical Institute.
- Counselor (Post Code 6402): M.A. in Psychology with 55% marks in both degrees, 5 years’ counseling experience (1 year clinical + 3 years as a full-time Counselor).
- Medical Officer (Post Code 6403): M.D./M.S. in Medicine OR M.B.B.S. with a Postgraduate Diploma + 2 years’ experience OR M.B.B.S. with 4 years’ experience in a recognized hospital.
- Assistant Manager (ICT) – System Administration (Post Code 6404): M.Tech./M.E. or B.Tech./B.E. in relevant fields with 2 years (M.Tech) or 5 years (B.Tech) relevant experience in server virtualization, HPC, or cloud infrastructure.
- Assistant Manager (ICT) – Networking (Post Code 6405): M.Tech./M.E. or B.Tech./B.E. in relevant fields with 2 years (M.Tech) or 5 years (B.Tech) relevant experience in wired/wireless network design and maintenance.
- Web Programmer (Post Code 6406): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications with 3 years’ experience in web designing and maintenance.
- Junior Superintendent (Post Code 6407): Master’s degree with 55% marks and 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks and 5 years’ experience in Central/State Govt. or PSUs.
- Junior Technical Superintendent (Post Code 6408): Master’s or B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT with 3 years (Master’s) or 4 years (B.Tech.) experience in systems administration, virtualization, and network management.
- Senior Assistant (Post Code 6409): Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks and 3 years’ experience in Central/State Govt. or PSUs.
- Junior Technical Assistant (Post Code 6410): B.Tech./B.E. or B.Sc. in relevant fields with 1 year’ experience in IT administration OR Diploma in Engineering with 55% marks and 1 year’ experience.
- One post each of Counselor, Junior Superintendent, and Senior Assistant is reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
- One post of Senior Assistant is reserved for Ex-Servicemen.

- Selection will be based on written tests, skill/trade tests, and/or interviews at the discretion of IIT Jodhpur.
- The Institute reserves the right to withdraw posts anytime without assigning reasons.

- Experience certificates in chronological order, with details of designation, period, nature of duties, and organization seal.
- Salary certificates from private companies (with breakup of salary).
- Proficiency certificates for desirable qualifications.
- Unique Disability ID (UDID) or proof of disability for PwBD candidates.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates in Government employment/PSUs.
