- Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science (e.g., M.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, Geology, etc.) OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course.
- Candidates must have qualified through one of the following national-level examinations:
- National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET) including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship).
- GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
- Candidates selected through National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies (e.g., DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IISc, IISER, etc.).
- Candidates must have qualified through one of the following national-level examinations:
- National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET) including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship).
- GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
