- Must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Ph.D. scholars who have submitted their thesis are also eligible, provided they submit the provisional/degree certificate within six months of appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the appointment.
