Head of Operations - Executive Education

- Leading operational planning and execution of all Executive Education programs at IIM Udaipur.
- Developing and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program execution.
- Preparing budget sheets and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines for each program.
- Building, mentoring, and managing a team of 8-10 professionals in the Executive Education Office.
- Coordinating with Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams for program delivery and promotions.
- Ensuring seamless logistics, faculty coordination, and program documentation for all Executive Education initiatives.
- Maintaining analytics and success metrics for program performance and participant feedback.

- Master’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience at Officer level or above in industry/academia.
- Preference for candidates with at least 10 years of experience in IIMs or prominent B-schools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills with excellent people management abilities.
- Prior experience in handling a team of 8-10 people with direct reporting responsibilities.
