• Deputy General Manager (Career Development Services): ['- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent from a recognized institution with 60% marks and a consistently good academic record.', '- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Central/State Government Department/Academic/Research Institution/other reputed Institution, out of which:', ' • At least 3 years in Pay Level 11 or equivalent, OR', ' • At least 5 years in Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC or equivalent in IIMs/IITs/CFTIs/Government Educational Institutions, etc.', '- Desirable:', ' • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.', ' • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (students, alumni, faculty, employers).', ' • Strategic mindset focused on achieving 100% placements and continuous improvement.', ' • Proficiency in English (speaking/writing).', ' • Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IITs, or other institutions of national importance.']
• Medical Officer: ['- Qualification: MBBS Degree from a recognized university OR MD/MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine.', '- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Medical Officer in a reputed hospital or dispensary.', '- Desirable: Experience in institutes of repute like IIMs, IITs, or other institutions of national importance.']
• Manager (Civil) & Manager (Electrical): ['- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks.', '- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, out of which:', ' • At least 5 years in Pay Level 07 or equivalent, OR', ' • At least 7 years in Pay Level 06 or equivalent, OR', ' • Presently working in a similar profile in Level 10 or equivalent in a Central/State Government Department/Academic/Research Institution/other reputed Institution.', '- Desirable for both posts:', ' • Significant experience in project planning, design, estimating, and construction.', ' • Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and other relevant software.', ' • Experience in green building practices, solar energy utilization, and sustainable campus development.', ' • Experience in academic institutions of repute such as IIMs, IITs, Central Universities, and CFTIs.', '- Additional for Civil Manager: Experience in project control, monitoring, and verification of contractor bills for large construction activities.', '- Additional for Electrical Manager: Experience in planning, detailed electrical design, load calculation, and quality control of electrical works.']

- Applications will be scrutinized by a duly constituted Screening Committee.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and/or interview as deemed appropriate by the Institute.
- The Institute reserves the right to revise selection criteria and may conduct additional tests.
- The decision of the Institute on all matters relating to eligibility, screening, and selection will be final and binding.

- Experience certificate(s) must be on the issuing organization’s letterhead, bearing the date of issue, specific period of work, designation, and pay drawn.
- Original certificates must be produced at the time of the selection process and again at the time of joining, if selected.
- Relevant certificates for reservation (SC/ST/OBC/NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex-servicemen) in the prescribed format.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer for candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings.

- General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 590/- (non-refundable).
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Exempted from paying the application processing fee.
- Internal Candidates (IIM Mumbai employees): Exempted from paying the application processing fee.
