- Lead IIMA’s Executive Education team to design and deliver over 200 open enrolment and customized management programmes globally, including at IIMA campus, online, Dubai Campus, and client locations.
- Collaborate with IIMA faculty to develop innovative executive education programmes tailored to corporate L&D needs and individual professional growth.
- Engage with CXOs, CHROs, and L&D heads to assess organizational learning requirements and propose solutions aligned with IIMA’s programme offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and knowledge partners across sectors to drive repeat business and co-branded programme development.
- Develop and execute an annual strategic plan for Executive Education programmes, covering revenue targets, expenses, manpower, infrastructure, and technology procurement.
- Lead marketing initiatives through networking events, roadshows, digital, and social media promotions to target appropriate executive education audiences.
- Coordinate with IIMA’s Dubai Campus for joint programme delivery and global expansion of Executive Education offerings.
