Young Professional-II (IT) – AGRIM Unit, ICAR

- ICAR’s AGRIM Unit is hiring 2 Young Professional-II (IT) roles on a contractual basis for IT-related tasks such as application development, database management, dashboards, and automation.
- The engagement is temporary and project-specific, with no claim for regular appointment in IARI.
- The selected candidate will work at AGRIM Unit, LBS Building, Pusa Campus, New Delhi-110012.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.

- Essential Qualification: Either of the following:
• Graduate degree (60% marks) in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science, AI, Operating Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Graphics with 1 year of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s degree in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science, AI, Operating Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Graphics (no experience required).
- Desirable Experience: Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• Web application development (Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent).
• Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
• Git, Docker, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment).
• REST APIs, Linux/Unix environments, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Applications will be screened based on qualifications and experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview in the first/second week of November 2026.
