- Contractual positions under a one-year project on Individual and Community Enterprises in Meghalaya.
- Project implemented by IIMSFIE in collaboration with Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS), Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).
- Roles include project coordination, field investigation, enterprise promotion, and rural development activities.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

- Project Coordinator: Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, or a relevant discipline.
- Field Investigator: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Experience in enterprise promotion, startup incubation, livelihood programs, entrepreneurship development, rural development projects, or community-based development work is preferred.
- Knowledge of local languages of Meghalaya will be an added advantage.
- Fresh postgraduates with demonstrated capability and willingness for extensive fieldwork may apply.
