🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- For Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow: Master’s degree in Horticulture/Fruit Science/Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/Life Sciences with a 4/5-year bachelor’s degree. Candidates with a 3-year bachelor’s degree must have a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences.
- Must possess UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET, GATE qualification, or an equivalent, or a Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines (as per ICAR memorandum F. No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13.07.2015 and 09.10.2015).
- Maximum age limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women (with age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. of India/ICAR rules).
- For Field Assistant: B.Sc. or 3-year diploma in Engineering and Technology, or graduate degree in any discipline (as per DST Office memorandum No. SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 21-08-2019).
