- **Agricultural Field Operator (AFO):** Matriculation with 12th vocational in agriculture-related subjects OR 2 years of field experience in agriculture OR Matriculation with ITI in agriculture-related subjects.
- **Desirable for PE:** Experience in business planning, FPO/Marketing/Export setup, knowledge of Odia language, and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and AI tools.
