- Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC) from a state board of technical education or higher relevant qualification from state/central approved institutes.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in supervision, quality control, and billing for multi-storey building construction with an established firm.
- Foreman (Electrical): SSC pass with ITI (Electrical) NCVT/SCVT 2-year full-time course from a government-recognized institute OR 6 years of experience after ITI plus apprenticeship in electrical maintenance works in industry/commercial establishments/hospitals.
- Age limit for Junior Engineer (Civil): Maximum 30 years.
