- Fixed-term contract position under HLL Lifecare Limited, a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
- Role based in the Manufacturing Unit, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory norms.
- Conduct in-process, raw material, and finished goods inspections as per approved quality standards.
- Verify line clearance, maintain batch records, and ensure traceability of products.
- Coordinate with production for immediate rectification of process deviations and non-conformities.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Participate in internal audits, ISO 9001/ISO 13485/BIS (IS 5405) certification activities, and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and ensure record retention as per company policy.
- Conduct training sessions for operators and staff on hygiene, quality systems, and documentation.
- Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation and monitor its effectiveness.
