- Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Sc with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the production department of a pharmaceutical plant or similar industry.
- Production Assistant (ITI - Fitter/Electrician): ITI certification in Fitter or Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the production department of a condom/oral contraceptive pills/sanitary napkins manufacturing plant or similar industry.
- Lab Analyst (Microbiologist): B.Sc. in Microbiology with 5 years of relevant experience or M.Sc. in Microbiology with 3 years of relevant experience in a microbiology laboratory within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industry.
- All qualifications must be from UGC-recognized Indian universities, AICTE-approved institutions, or recognized by the respective state board.
- Age limit: Maximum 40 years as of 01-08-2026 for Senior Production Assistant and Production Assistant, and 01-09-2026 for Lab Analyst. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India rules: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- Candidates must be Indian nationals.

- Selection will be based on the company’s discretion, potentially involving a written test, skill test, or interview.
