Associate Manager (Sustainable Projects Division)

- Lead and coordinate the implementation of sustainable healthcare projects under the Sustainable Projects Division (SPD).
- Coordinate with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), State Government Departments, and other stakeholders to obtain project-related documents such as acknowledgements, authorization letters, and compliance certificates.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely achievement of milestones and adherence to timelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and guide the project team working across various locations in Maharashtra.
- Review project reports, documentation, and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support project planning, proposal preparation, and strategic implementation for healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements as per HLL's operational guidelines.

- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Desirable: M.Tech. or M.E. in Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in Marathi (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.
- Maximum age limit: 37 years as on 01.08.2026.
