- Qualification: National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade or feeder trades (IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic) from NCVT-affiliated institutions.
- Priority will be given to AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories, AOCP Trade Apprentices from Govt./Private organizations with Govt. affiliation, and candidates with 3 months training certificate (1 month in-house + 2 months on-job training) from MIL Group of Factories.
- Candidates from feeder trades without the 3-month training certificate will undergo 1 month in-house training followed by 2 months on-job training.
- Age limit: Maximum 40 years as of the last date of application receipt. Age relaxation applicable as per Government Reservation Rules (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and period of military service + 3 years for Ex-SM).
