Registrar (Protocol & Security Control)

- Applications are invited for the post of Registrar (Protocol & Security Control) on a contract basis in the High Court of Kerala.
- The appointment is initially for a period of three years, extendable up to five years based on suitability.
- The ranked list prepared will remain valid for a minimum of one year and up to three years from the date of publication.

- Must be an ex-serviceman not below the rank of Major in the Indian Army or equivalent.
- Must possess a Degree in any subject or a Diploma in Public Relations.
- Desirable: Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations/Protocol Department.
- Candidates must have acquired all qualifications on or before the closing date of the online application.
- Candidates born between 02/01/1971 and 01/01/1991 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

- Selection will be based on an interview carrying a total of 50 marks.
- A minimum of 35% marks in the interview is required to be included in the ranked list.
- The High Court reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on experience, qualifications, exposure to protocol and liaison management, and awards received.

- Original documents to prove age, qualifications, and experience must be produced when called for.
- Candidates with degrees not awarded by universities in Kerala must obtain a certificate of recognition from any Kerala university and produce it when called for.

- Application fee is ₹1,000 (One Thousand only).
- Fee can be paid online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or through a system-generated fee payment challan.
- Bank transaction charges, if applicable, must be borne by the candidate.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
