- Recruitment drive by Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) for 119 posts of Multi Purpose Health Supervisor (MPHS), Class-3 under the Health and Family Welfare Department.
- Posts are open exclusively to male candidates; no seats reserved for women.
- Applications accepted online via OJAS portal (ojas.gujarat.gov.in) from 01-08-2026 to 15-08-2026.
- Selection based on a 210-mark objective MCQ exam (Part-A: 90 marks, Part-B: 120 marks) with negative marking.
- Probable exam month: November 2026.
- Fixed monthly pay of Rs. 26,000 for the first 5 years, followed by Level-4 pay scale (Rs. 25,500–81,100) subject to service and court orders.

- Must be an Indian citizen or meet eligibility criteria under Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
- Gender eligibility: Male candidates only; women are not eligible.
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 15-08-2026.
- Maximum age: 33 years as on 15-08-2026 (relaxation applicable for reserved categories, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen).
- Educational qualification: 1-year Multi-Purpose Health Worker course, or 1-year Diploma in Sanitary Inspector, or 1-year Health Sanitary Inspector course from a government-recognized institution.
- Must possess basic knowledge of computer applications and adequate knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati (or both).
- Final selection subject to provisions of Health & Family Welfare Department Recruitment Rules dated 30-09-2023.

- Single-stage objective MCQ-based competitive exam (CBRT/OMR) conducted in two parts: Part-A (90 marks) and Part-B (120 marks).
- Part-A covers Reasoning & Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, and Constitution of India/Current Affairs/Gujarati & English Comprehension.
- Part-B focuses on technical qualifications related to MPHS subject.
- Negative marking: 1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Minimum qualifying standard: 40% in both Part-A and Part-B independently.
- Candidates meeting the qualifying standard called for document verification in merit order.
- Final selection based on marks and category-wise vacancies.
- Appointment subject to government department approval and satisfactory training completion.

General, EWS, SEBC, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen (women not eligible).

- Unreserved (General) candidates: Rs. 500 + transaction fee.
- Reserved categories (EWS, SEBC, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen): Rs. 400 + transaction fee.

- Fee refunded only to candidates who appear for the examination.
