- For Manager (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution with minimum 5 years of experience in gasification, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, chemical, or industrial gas plant operations.
- For Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution with minimum 5 years of experience in gasification, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, chemical, or thermal power plant operations.
- For DGM (Coal Gasification): Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mechanical/Chemical) with minimum 10 years of experience in gasification, refinery, petrochemical, or fertilizer projects, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Desirable: Experience with coal, lignite, biomass, or petcoke as feedstock, and familiarity with gasification technology and ecosystem.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
