- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) (for Basthidawakhana NUHM-PM ABHIM): Must have passed Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Training Course and be registered with Telangana State Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Intermediate Vocational Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female): Must have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) Training Course, completed one-year clinical training in government hospitals, or completed one-year apprenticeship. Must be registered with Telangana Paramedical Board.
- MLHP/MO CHO (Medical Officer Community Health): MBBS (Registered with Telangana State Medical Council).
