- **Associate Professor**: MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject with 5 years of post-PG experience (including 4 years as Assistant Professor) and 2 research publications. Must have completed NMC-designated courses in Medical Education Technology and Biomedical Research.
- **Assistant Professor**: MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject with 1 year of experience as Senior Resident. For non-medical faculty (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry), MSc and PhD in the relevant medical subject are required.
- **Senior Resident**: MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the concerned subject.
- **Tutor**: MBBS degree.

Breaking the bond requires payment of 3 months' salary. The contract can be terminated with one month's notice for misconduct.
