- Recruitment for 3 Family Counsellors and 1 Child Counsellor at Family Court Headquarters, Patiala.
- Recruitment for 1 Family Counsellor and 1 Child Counsellor each at Camp Courts in Nabha, Samana, and Rajpura.
- Counsellors will assist Family Courts in promoting conciliation and securing speedy settlement of disputes related to marriage and family affairs.
- Counsellors are not permitted to act as legal representatives for any party in a case.
- Term of appointment is 3 years, extendable by the Hon’ble High Court.
- Counsellors must attend court as required by the Judge of the Family Court.
- Counsellors may be removed from the panel without prior notice by the Hon’ble High Court before the expiry of their term.
