- Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ICT hardware in smart classrooms (interactive panels, projectors, desktops/laptops, UPS) with basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi and cabling issues.
- Conduct end-user training, on-site handholding, and coordination for smart classroom ICT equipment.
- Prepare training materials, attendance/UAT documentation, and status reports using MS Office.
