Walk-In Interview for Experienced Engineers on Fixed Term Basis – Dangote Fertiliser Projects (Nigeria & Ethiopia)

- Engineers India Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking and India’s leading Total Solutions Engineering Consultancy Company, is conducting a walk-in interview for experienced engineers on a fixed-term basis for deployment to foreign construction sites of Dangote Fertiliser Projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia.
- The engagement is strictly on a fixed-term basis for a period of up to 3 years, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- Candidates will be required to work in foreign construction sites, with possible postings in India as well, depending on organizational needs.

- Qualification: Minimum 60% marks for Engineering qualifications (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Engineering) and 55% for other qualifications. Minimum course duration must be adhered to.
- Welding/NDT Specialization: Candidates applying for Welding/NDT must have a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks and an ASNT or ISNT Level-II certificate in RT/UT/DPT/MPT.
- Experience Requirements:
- Associate Engineer Grade II: Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction-related activities of Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizer Plants/Power Plant/Nuclear Plants Projects.
- Associate Engineer Grade III: Minimum 9 years’ experience in the same fields.
- Associate Engineer Grade IV: Minimum 13 years’ experience in the same fields.
- Associate Officer Grade II (D1): Minimum 14 years’ experience in construction-related activities of Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizer Plants/Power Plant/Nuclear Plants Projects.
- Diploma in Engineering with Material Management (D2): Minimum 13 years’ experience in the same fields.
- Degree in any branch of Engineering with Diploma in Material Management (D3): Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same fields.

- Walk-In Interview: Candidates must appear for a walk-in interview at specified EIL offices in Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata.
- Screening: Applications and certificates will be screened for eligibility on the day of the interview. Only candidates meeting all eligibility criteria will be considered for further selection.
- Interview: Personal interviews will be conducted, potentially extending beyond 08:00 PM on the same day or continuing the next day if required. Candidates must arrange their own stay if interviews extend beyond the initial day.

- Original documents including:
Valid photo identity issued by the Government of India (Driving License/PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID/Aadhar Card).
Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation/Class X/Birth Certificate).
Certificates of educational qualifications (Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates of all Semesters/Years).
Proof of norms adopted by University/Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/CPI or letter grade in a qualifying degree.
Experience Certificates for all declared experiences in original, including offer letters, confirmation orders, pay slips, PF statements, ESI Cards, and Bank Statements.
SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwD certificates (if applicable) in original and prescribed format.
Discharge Certificate, undertaking, and Proforma of Certificate for Ex-Servicemen (if applicable).
No Objection Certificate (if working under Central/State/Autonomous Body).
