eSeva Kendra will operate from 9:00 AM or one hour before court opening until the end of court working hours on all working days.

Officials of Court Administration or empanelled DLSA/HCLSC Advocates or empanelled Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) from Law Schools are eligible to man eSeva Kendras.
Empanelled Nayay Mitras from the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law may also be associated with eSeva Kendras if available.
