- Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot high-end analytical equipment such as Gas Chromatographs (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC), FTIR Spectrometers, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, Rheometers, and Particle Size Analyzers.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of assigned equipment to ensure accuracy and prevent breakdowns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and OEMs for major repairs, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and software upgrades.
- Maintain updated logbooks, user manuals, and maintenance records for all equipment.
- Manage inventory of consumables, reagents, and spare parts for uninterrupted instrument operation.
